A Dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves itself. They develop life long bonds with those people who take care of them.
A person can learn a lot from the canines about living each day with extreme enthusiasm and joy, about seizing the moment and following your heart;  no matter what. They teach us about friendship and selflessness and above all else, unwavering loyalty.  Dogs desire to please and willingness to follow commands make them good working partners as well as loving companions. Listed below are the top 10 things that a person should learn from the dogs and also put into practice.

Dogs live for the moment and they seldom bear grudges. They enjoy random trips on the road, wondering about the beauty of nature and Playing with your loved ones.Being forever bound to busyness without purpose or forever glued to a computer or cell-phone is not enjoyable.Learn to laugh at the little things and this whole “existence” thing will be a whole lot easier. Start spending time with family and friends. Enjoy silence with loved ones; there is no need to fill every moment of silence with words or activity.
Lay back! And Enjoy little things, Life is not strictly business, it can be mixed with pleasure....

If you’ve ever watched a dog eat you’ve probably marveled at how quickly it gulps down its food.  You might even wonder why, no matter how hungry a dog is, it will often eat as much food as you put in front of it. It never wastes food. And we all often we let go our food go to waste, throwing out witted vegetables. Wasting food means losing not only life-supporting nutrition but also precious resources.
Learn from your canine and lick your plate clean.Just make sure you portion your food properly.

And it is proven fact that you can improve your heart health simply by walking It’s ridiculous to think that we have one body, one sole means of functioning, and people are too lazy to take care of themselves. Fit bodies lead to better health and confidence. . Walking boosts your physical activity and improves your health and as you walk explore the place!  Look up and admire the clouds.  Look for beautiful flowers.  Take a moment to meditate or explore your inner self.

We live in fast paced society that doesn’t value the power of unplugging the body.
Work is very important and productive but you need to take some time to chill out every day or you are going to burn out faster than a candle with no oxygen.
Learn from your dog, they play hard and then take a nap; it helps them to rejuvenate themselves. So in us, not having good sleep makes you grumpy and forget things. A mid afternoon snooze can refresh you. When you’re tired it can really make making healthy choices hard. 6. Speak Up

Maybe to warn you of a danger or an foreign invader or to tell you something.
And that is what good friends do, they speak up. Protect and defend those people whom you love. Always listen to your instincts and tell someone how you feel and what you need, because in today’s world you might not get something you need unless you speak, and who knows you might just get it.

 5. Do not Overthink

Do dogs think twice before jumping into a puddle? Well I guess NO, they just jump in and get dirty!
Do not over think. If you want to join in, just do it!
Anthony Hopkins said “People die from over thinking. They slowly kill themselves by thinking about everything. It’s a death trap.”
So never think twice for doing what you love. Instead be amused by your mistakes and failures and be thankful that you learned your lesson and won’t mess up like that again.
Moving out of one’s comfort zone is where the real learning in life is.

4. Shake it off

Shit happens. It happens to everybody. Whether you are caught in a physical or emotional storm or doing something you don’t enjoy, just shake it off and move forward. “Letting go” is the only way to keep something or someone in your life.
Approach each day and each new experience with enthusiasm. (even a walk) The past is unchangeable so it is futile to reflect on it unless you are making sure you do not repeat past mistakes.Prepare yourself to face challenges. If you acknowledge that you’re living in real time carrying the baggage of old time. And then let go of it.
The sooner you can do so, the sooner you can forget.

3. Sniff it out

Whether it is a new business deal or a potential soul mate, Use the power of research.
The first thing our dog does when they meet new people is sniff to approve. In a same way Make sure the people around you are conducive to the lifestyle you want to lead or you will find yourself being dragged again and again into behavior that distances you from your desires. Be firm! Don’t let anyone get in the way of you being all that you can be. Learn from your dog and do not jump into any commitments.
If it smells fine, then you can give it a try.

 2. Give and accept affection, Don’t hold grudges.

Did you ever feel invisible to your mate but not your doggy? for sure it must have happened a lot many times.Learn from your puppy and welcome your lovely husband/wife with lots of excitement.Who wouldn’t want to be greeted by a hug or a kiss? Your partner will feel appreciated and relived from the whole day stress too. Let love be in your every action.
Compliment your loved ones. Never underestimate the power of praise. Remember the look that crosses your dog’s face when you say ‘NO’ to throw a ball again in a stern ton and those puppy-dog eyes gives you when you scold him over knocking over the garbage can for the umpteenth time aren’t a sign of guilt,. They are just responding to your rebuke. A few moments later it’s like have forgotten. If we become permeable like a pup, we can discard the negative feelings and move forward.
Grudges only bring more misery to those who hold them and prevent good relations with the target. YOU make mistakes all of the time so why not have mercy when other do? Remaining angry feels horrible while forgiving someone brings a refreshing sensation to the mind and healing to the relationship.
This way we can enjoy the new moment instead of relieving the past pain.

Dogs ask no-questions acceptance or love for people. It’s very easy to judge people, and it’s tempting to talk crap about somebody and it’s also very simple to not care about another person’s troubles.
